Following three pages of introduction are watercolors with plans, elevations and sections of Tuscan farm buildings. The buildings are drawn to scale but are placed within landscapes. In the introduction, the author indicates that his designs are derived from traditional building types and that he is prepared to execute similar designs adapted to any type of terrain.
